We have three senior administration officials who are here. Two are part of the president's team working on our energy policy. And they will provide a preview of the president's speech on energy, which is taking place tomorrow.

Quickly, the president has an overall comprehensive energy plan, as you know. And tomorrow, he will talk about several new measure that will help us continue to address the root problems of our energy situation.

And he will especially focus on the role that new technology can play in securing our energy future and ensuring abundant, diverse and affordable supplies of energy.

We'll give you a quick interview, and then we'll go right to questions so that get as many of those questions in as possible.
