I'm Lieutenant Commander Tony Russell, Press Secretary for the National Incident Commander. Thanks for joining us again this morning. We'll be following the standard format for our daily updates. We'll have Admiral [Thad] Allen give a brief overview and update on what's going on, then we'll take questions from the room for about 10 minutes, and then we'll take questions from the phone for about 10 minutes.
