CUNNINGHAM: Hi. This is Lieutenant Colonel Cunningham from the Department of Defense Public Affairs. We apologize up front that we had a few communication problems up front, but we do appreciate that you all have hung in there with us. And right now I'm going to introduce to you the deputy assistant secretary of defense for space policy, Ambassador Gregory Schulte, and then we'll take it from there, okay?
