JEFFREY LACKER, PRESIDENT, FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF RICHMOND: I disagreed with the statement that said that the committee currently anticipates that exceptionally low interest rates will be warranted until late 2014. My view is that we're likely to need to raise rates in mid-2013 in order to keep inflation pressures contained.
