[*] BRADY: Well, good afternoon everyone, let me pitch hit for a minute for Mike Pence, who will be along in just a moment. I'm Kevin Brady, member of the Ways and Means Committee and ranking member on the Trade Sub-Committee and senior House Republican on the Joint Economic Committee.

We are going to talk a little about how devastating President Obama's budget is on this economy and especially on small businesses. It taxes too much and spends too much, and as we know from the rising deficit numbers certainly borrows too much.

Let me just say my former background was a Chamber of Commerce Manager for my whole adult life, so running small business work with small businesses and I see this budget as a full scale assault on America's small businesses.
