[*] FEINGOLD: Mr. President, I rise to oppose the confirmation of John Bolton to be the next United States Ambassador to the United Nations.

Mr. President, I do not take this decision lightly. When Mr. Bolton's nomination was first announced, my vote was by no means a foregone conclusion.
