[*] SANTORUM: Let me start by turning it over to my colleague Senator Lott, who can give an update as to how these things are going down on the Gulf Coast and how we're responding here in the Senate.

Senator Lott?

LOTT: Well, thank you, Senator Santorum and Senator Hutchison, for your leadership and your efforts to make sure we deal with the continuing needs in the affected states, Mississippi, Louisiana and Alabama, and that we're finding areas in the law or in regulations that we can quickly address to provide relief.
