The point is if we, in truth, could go back to what we've done for 200 years under the rules and under the precedent of this institution, that when you have somebody come to the floor at a circuit judge level, nominee level, or a Supreme Court nominee, that there is agreement that we'll go back to what we've done for 200 years, you probably wouldn't have to change anything.
